Stephens Automotive Sales & Service is busy automotive shop, which requires an office assistant/ receptionist as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, preparing reports, and providing general office support. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

  • Accepting customer inbound telephone calls & processing customer requests, book appointments
  • Exceptional phone mannerism, high level of standards and initiative
  • Answer phone calls professionally and politely
  • Data entry, taking messages, scanning
  • Responding to customer emails, general inquiries
  • Co-coordinating between our sales & service department
  • Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organization skills
  • Exhibit effective verbal and listening communication skills
  • Previous experience in the Automotive Industry would be an asset
  • Must have initiative to do things without direction and work without supervision
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow-up consistently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Reliable & punctual
