Great Dealer/Great Deal By KLewis from Des Moines | October 3, 2014 I just bought a used pick up truck from Stephens. From my initial inquiry to signing the paperwork the whole experience was pleasant. Jeff and everyone else there that I interacted with were polite, patient and kind. They were very easy gong about test drives... even when I wanted to test out more than just one truck. In many ways it felt more like buying from a friend than a car dealer I'd never met before. (But, I'm new in town, and I had never met Jeff before.) Jeff went out of his way to make it easy for me to buy the truck. I got a great Ford F-150 in great shape for a really good price. I couldn't be happier. |

I bought a 2007 Chevy Avalanche from Stephens Automotive and once again had a great experience. Jeff answered all questions, explained every detail of the truck, and made me feel very comfortable while I contemplated my decision. I highly recommend Stephens Automotive to any one searching for a great used vehicle from an outstanding family owned business.

I just bought a Ford F150 from Jeff and frankly it was the best buying experience I have ever had. Not only was it fast and easy, but they're not the kind of business to jerk you around. If you want to purchase a vehicle and not feel like you're talking to clich? used car salesmen, then work with these folks and walk away like you were treated fairly. I still believe that when you do the right thing for people, the sale is easier and they'll tell their friends and family. I am a fan!

| I have been a customer of Stephens Automotive since around 1994 for all of my vehicle needs. I am currently driving my sixth vehicle purchased from them and only use Stephens Automotive for any services required. They are always very pleasant and great to deal with and make sure to answer any of my questions or concerns. Ive been very happy with each of the used vehicles I've purchased from them over the years and feel I was given fair trade-in values. I agree with another reviewer that the used vehicles I purchased were lower than the other dealers in the area. We were looking for a minivan and found one at Stephens. I don't like to haggle and beat around the bush for pricing, trade in, etc. The trade-in price of our vehicle was a little low, but I feel the price of the van was also low compared to the big chain dealers, so a fair trade off. We would go back for another used vehicle. |
| Wonderful experience with Stephens Auto. Very friendly and easy to work with. Was looking at two trucks on cars.com. walked onto the lot and was tossed the keys to both for a test drive. purchased one of the trucks soon after. Truck has been perfect since and i took advantage of a courtesy oil change from the dealer after purchase. Will definitely look for my next truck from Stephens. AWright |

| I purchased an older 01 Sienna from them about 7 years ago. I drove down from Minneapolis and the minivan was available. We purchased on the spot and I've had it ever since. The price was really good and the car had low miles. I've had zero issues with the car and I've been very happy with the qualify of the toyota. bigdogmn73 |

| I have been a customer of Stephens Automotive since they opened shop in Johnston on Beaver Ave. They have been courteous and reliable in their maintenance on my vehicles. After my vehicle was checked with their diagnostics in the shop, I was notified of the necessary repairs a cost estimate and when the repair would be finished. I was even offered courtesy ride to work. Stephens Auto is a family owned business and operates with the ‘customer first’ attitude and I have not been disappointed with the required work they performed. John Woodvine |
